It was taken on the Puget Sound in WA.
The water is always that high, because its the ocean.
In the distance, you can see boats and also houses.

Man, that's totally how our community is starting to look like with all of this rain we've been getting. Some of my plants I had just planted got root rot from all of the rain and not enough air inbetween. Sniff.
So i totally think we live by each other cause that looks like the view from my boat.. ;)
